Adcraft has invented a low-profile, portable Oil Filtration System. This BDOF-40 has a removable, flexible filtering hose up to 5' long. This hose drains grease and oil from the fryer into its 40 lb. chamber. The hose nozzle is stainless steel and its handle is cool to the touch. The chamber is mounted on four swivel casters, making movement from one area to another easy and painless. The handles fold down for easy and safe transporting, while its stainless steel cover keeps the unit itself safe and clean. This BDOF-40 comes with its own filter papers and filter powder.
