    The ES0622 color display is a GE Fanuc QuickPanel that comes with a 6-inch display screen. The ES0622 display features the touchscreen data entry process and a color display screen. The input power rating is 24 Volts DC, and it supports the HMI-CAB-CS11 communication cable. The unit features the RS-232 and the RS4-85 communication type. The touchscreen display is coupled to the resistive touch panel with 12-bit resolution and when it is calibrated appropriately, this translates into a grid of touch cells on the display’s face. The ES0622 display controls should be operated by using only a blunt stylus to avoid screen damage or to ensure the proper functionality of the touchscreen.

The external keyboard is an optional device and it is supported through the ES0622 display’s universal serial board port. The ES0622 display comes with USB drivers installed, to ensure the plug and play process for the keyboard. The soft input panel (software keyboard) is preinstalled with the Windows CE operating software, and it is displayed as an icon on the taskbar system tray.
