    Engineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, Garland’s Cuisine C36-17R delivers lightning-fast heat recovery, rock-solid durability and the flexibility chefs demand. Two 40,000 BTU Starfire open burners tackle high-heat sautéing and searing, while the 37,500 BTU front-fired hot top provides a uniform surface for large stockpots, pans or holding. A fully insulated 40,000 BTU standard oven underneath completes this powerhouse, all wrapped in easy-clean stainless steel.
