    Engineered for relentless, high-volume service, the Garland Master Series MST42R-E delivers uncompromising cooking power and flexibility in a compact 34 inch footprint. Two 35,000 BTU Starfire™ open burners, a full-thickness 17 inch griddle, and a 40,000 BTU standard oven let you boil, sauté, sear, grill and bake simultaneously—while Sentry flame-failure protection and all-electric spark ignition keep every shift safe and seamless.

    • 17" (432 mm) wide griddle with a 1" (25 mm) thick steel plate and 30,000 BTU “H”-type burner—ideal for breakfast staples, smash burgers or finishing steaks.
    • Full-size standard oven (26-1/4" W × 29" D × 13-1/2" H) with porcelain-enamel interior and a 40,000 BTU cast-iron burner; thermostat-controlled 150-550 °F cooking range.
    • All pilots ignite with a reliable electric spark; Sentry total flame-failure protection shuts off gas if a flame is lost.
    • Rugged stainless steel front, sides & 7-1/2" deep front rail stand up to daily abuse and wipe down fast.
    • 6" (152 mm) chrome-plated, adjustable legs for quick leveling on uneven floors.
    • Front 1-1/4" NPT gas manifold for straightforward hook-up; optional rear gas connection kits available.
