    The MAX Induction Range line offers the reliability, performance, and design that you can expect from Spring USA induction. With industry-leading technology and a less than 1% failure rate, the MAX induction SM-181C 1800W Cook & Hold Range is the perfect marriage of performance and price.

    The SM-181C can quickly & precisely reach max temperature in 90 seconds allowing for quick and even heating. Exclusive SmartScan® technology assures correct temperature for optimal performance and energy-efficiency with over/under voltage protection and pan size and pan type recognition to protect pans from warping or food from burning. Automatic pan recovery seamlessly adjusts and recognizes pans as you lift or tilt from the surface during cooking, sauteing, or flipping - similar to a gas range but with no flash point and better cost savings than conventional gas.

    Constructed of durable stainless-steel housing and the thickest glass surface in its class, the range withstands even the toughest commercial environments. The strong knurled knob allows maximum control to dial in to a precise temperature or easily adjust to any of the 20 different temperature settings. Integrated oversized pan support. large LED power/temp display.
