The Eclipse Positioning System of the UC568 is new to the UltraComfort Line-up of chairs and offers the most sophisticated positioning system available in the industry today.  Eclipse is a patent-pending tilting motion that can relieve pressure points, minimize stress and maximize wellness with a patented rising seat box motion for ergonomic positioning that can take the strain off your back and legs.  

Up:  allows you to easily stand up and gives you the lift support
TV:  normal recline mode
TV with Eclipse:  reclines while raising the legs to heart level - healthier for the spine
Lounge:  similar to TV with Eclipse except the knees bend while the body is tilted back 15 degrees
Lounge Reclines:  reclines the back in the lounge position
Zero Gravity:  reclines the back while elevating the legs to heart level creating a sense of weightlessness removing all pressure from the spine
Rejuvenate:  Elevates the legs above the heart level in a zero gravity position--perfect for those with swelling or recovering from surgery

Also standard in the UC562-Medium Large Zero Gravity Lift Chair is an adjustable lumbar section.  You can simply adjust the lumbar and get more or less support with the touch of a button.

Battery Backup to have uninterrupted operation during power outages

Have you ever worried about how you'd get out of your chair in the event of a power outage?  With the UltraComfort UC562 Zero Gravity Lift Chair you no longer need to concern yourself with such thoughts.  With the easy to use battery backup system, each UltraComfort recliner has a battery backup system in the electrical transformer which operates on two 9 volt batteries. In the event of a power failure, the battery system will raise the chair from the reclined to the seated position. The batteries should be replaced after one use just to be safe.

The UC562 comes with many different fabric options sure to meet your needs and are made with durable fabrics that test well above the industry standard for wear and tear.  You can choose from 3 different color options that are guaranteed to be in stock and the option to special order up to 21 different colors including the amazing UltraPlush Brisa Collection of Performance Fabrics designed to completely enhance your overall experience by utilizing breathable technology with a plush and luxurious feel.  The UltraPlush Brisa collection was developed to withstand above average wear and tear in order to be over 10x more durable than industry standard fabric.  Another benefit of the UltraPlush Brisa is that it cleans effortlessly with soap and water and releases light stains very easily.  Any special color order (anything aside from the 5 standard color options) will require 4-6 weeks.
